Aviation History Internships Available

The Center for Public History and Digital Humanities is pleased to announce two internship opportunities for CSU students at the International Women’s Air and Space Museum at Burke Lakefront Airport.  The first, available in summer or fall 2009, is a collections-based internship, while the second, available in fall 2009, involves researching the history of Ohio pilots for a 2010 exhibit.  These internships are unpaid but are eligible for four credit hours of CSU credit for qualified students.  These are competitive positions and will be filled following a two-stage interview process. To apply, email a current résumé and a letter of interest to Dr. Mark Souther at m.souther@csuohio.edu. The application deadline is Wednesday, April 15.

Mark Souther is Professor of History and Director of the Center for Public History + Digital Humanities at Cleveland State University.
