Shaker Lakes Oral Histories Online

The interviews we conducted for the Shaker Lakes Nature Center are now online at OhioLink’s Digital Resource Commons developer site.  It is the first complete series we have published from the Cleveland Regional Oral History Collection, and our first foray into OhioLink’s latest digital repository for higher education institutions.  Although the the layout is not ideal, this is a solid place to start as it provides us with secure storage and allows us to implement the Dublin Core metadata sets that are becoming more and more important in the digital history landscape.  As we continue to publish the collection, expect more attractive and robust exhibits.
